Important Information

MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AGE
All authorized drivers listed on the contract must be between 25 and 65 years old, and must hold a valid Florida driver’s license (Learner’s Licenses are not accepted).
The driver’s license must have been issued at least 3 years prior to the rental date.

PAYMENT
Payment is made upon receiving the vehicle, directly with the rental agent.
You may pay in cash or by credit card.

  • If you wish to pay in cash, you must present a valid credit card and pay a minimum portion of the total reservation amount with it; the remaining balance may be paid in cash.
  • The credit card must belong only to the main renter or to the second driver previously registered, and must be a credit card (not debit).

The card information will be securely stored in the SQUARE payment system and used only as a guarantee in case of any additional charges related to your rental.
⚠️ Without a valid credit card, the vehicle will not be delivered.

SUNPASS
Unless you selected the Unlimited SunPass option in your reservation (available for rentals longer than 5 days), all toll usage must be paid to the rental agent upon return of the vehicle, along with a one-time fee of USD 5.

FUEL POLICY
The vehicle will be delivered with a certain fuel level (full tank or partial), and it must be returned with the same fuel level it was received with.

MILEAGE INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL

  • You are allowed 250 miles per day, cumulative for the total rental period.
  • For monthly rentals, the maximum mileage allowed is 2,000 miles per month.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The rented vehicle may not be used for ride-sharing or delivery services (Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • The renter is not authorized to drive outside the state of Florida.

VEHICLE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

If arriving by flight:
Our service is 100% personalized — vehicle delivery will be made directly at the airport, right at your arrival gate.
👉 You do not need to go to the Rent a Car area.

Upon landing, our agent will contact you via call or WhatsApp to coordinate the delivery.
If you don’t have roaming or a SIM card, you can connect to the airport Wi-Fi to communicate.

Airport Parking:
The parking fee must be paid directly upon exit using a credit or debit card.

Office Delivery (Miami):
Vehicle delivery will take place directly at our Miami office, with the agent waiting for you at the scheduled time.
As we work by appointment, if you experience any delay or issue, please notify us in advance to avoid any penalties.

RETURN PROCESS:
One day before your return date, our team will contact you to coordinate the vehicle return process.

INSURANCE COVERAGE (S.C.D.W.)

Includes:

  • Damage due to collision or rollover
  • 24-hour roadside assistance
  • Replacement vehicle in case of mechanical failure
  • Towing service in case of accident or malfunction
  • Vandalism damage
  • Damage caused by natural events
  • Replacement vehicle in case of damage or accident (if renter is not at fault)

Does not include:

  • Damage caused by negligence (burned clutch, damaged or burned seats, internal damage)
  • Loss or damage of ignition switch
  • Cleaning of the fuel system due to incorrect fuel usage
  • Exterior wash (except in cases of negligence)
  • Interior cleaning due to spills (wine, beer, oil, etc.)
  • Tire or rim damage
  • Loss of safety triangle, tools, or car jack
  • Loss of vehicle documents
  • Traffic tickets, parking fines, or unpaid tolls
